Two Ways to Price your Offers

Pricing your offers can be a real beast.

It's been coming up a lot for those around me, so this week I want to chat about pricing.

Because pricing happens to be one thing I don't second guess.

One of the reasons for this was because I know how much my time was "worth" when I worked for agencies. I knew the exact hourly rate clients were charged for my time.

But what happens when you don't have that knowledge?

Try these:

  1. Intuitive Approach:

Take a minute, close your eyes. Think about how much your service will help someone. Then, ask yourself what your service is worth.

When the number comes to mind, if you feel 'certain,' empowered, ‘light,’ slightly scared but excited - that's the number to use.

  2. Research Approach:

Look at the pricing some of your competitors. Alternatively, look online at what a similar job as yours pays.

Note: I generally only use this approach if you have no idea where to start with your pricing.

Remember, ulimately YOU get to decide what to price your services.
