My 1:1 coaching starts at 8 weeks. Why 8 weeks and not 90 days? Because in my own experiences, both as the coach and coachee, I’ve found people either need more or less time.
8 weeks is enough time to break through any barriers, and get to the heart of what’s going on in your business. It also gives you time to see results quickly.
When the time is up, we spend time discussing what the next steps are for you - whether it’s continue working together or if you’ll need different help moving forward.
I recommend we have a Discovery Call, or email, before booking 1:1 with me. It’s not uncommon for me to customize a program, and that way we can make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
