Limited Capacity Does Not = Failure
I spent years running my business on strategies and advice that came from smart people.
When something didn't work, I assumed it was my fault. That I did something wrong. Or, that I couldn't make it work because I couldn't operate like so many other women can.
Brain fog, fatigue, chronic pain - those are part of my operating reality, and for a long time I kept trying to push through them like they were temporary problems that would go away if I just found the right system.
They didn't. And the systems kept failing bc they were never designed for someone like me.
What actually helped? Treating my capacity like information instead of a problem. And redesigning everything around it.
