We use that to start reshaping your business around it, covering the best way to structure, introduce, and begin to sell more of what lights you up.

  1. We start by going deep into the true purpose behind what you do and why. I help you identify the things that come easy to you, the things you love doing, and I'll show you how much others value all of those.

  2. We'll also talk about the things you dread doing, things that exhaust you, and solutions that have nothing to do with building a team. Because avoiding these is paramount.

  3. From there, we structure your services so they feel simple and easy. Because when it feels simple and easy, it's easier to sell your services.

DEFINE is an eight-week program because you're not someone who needs six months to make big changes. You're ready to make them now. This time frame ensures you have support for both restructuring and implementation.

You'll have six calls with me, which gives you some room to breathe when you need it. You'll also have Voxer access Mon-Fri the entire time. Access to support in the moments you need it, makes a world of difference.
