Refund Policy

Readings + Live Calls

I do prep work before every session.

Due to this, cancellations at least 1 business day before your session will be refunded at 97% (100% - 3% for the transaction fees).

Cancellations either less than 1 business day but at least 4 hours prior to the time of your appt will be refunded 47% (50% - 3% for fees).

No refunds for cancelling less than 2 hours before your session or for missing your appt.

If you have an emergency, please reach out directly, and I'll see what we can do to reschedule.

c. Scheduling and Appointment Data

We use Acuity Scheduling to facilitate appointment bookings. When you schedule a meeting, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This data is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes.

Payment for appointments may also be processed through Acuity. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. For more details, refer to Acuity’s privacy policy.

d. Payment Processing

We may use third-party services such as PayPal and Stripe to process payments. These platforms may collect and store your payment information independently. We do not access or retain any payment details other than confirmation of payment status.

e. Other Third-Party Services

We may utilize tools such as Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms) for internal operations. These platforms are governed by Google’s privacy practices, which can be found at Google Privacy Policy.

f. Birth Data for Human Design Charts

When you request a Human Design chart, we may collect personal data including your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information is used exclusively to generate your chart. We do not store or retain this data after the chart is produced. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for any other purpose.

2. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing personal information.

3. Children’s Privacy

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Cancellations for coaching services are subject to your coaching contract. All digital product sales are final. If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, please email hello@jenfieldman.com before purchasing.

Product Description

We strive to describe all offerings as accurately as possible but are not liable for typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

Use of Free Materials or Content

If legal action is taken to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover legal fees and costs.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

Assignment

These Terms bind both parties and their successors. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement.
